I am a senior at the University of Washington majoring in ocean technology with a minor in applied mathematics.  Fascinated by deep-water and benthos exploration and mapping, I switched to oceanography from electrical engineering through exposure to ROVs and siphonophores.  I currently work as IT support at the UW ICA department, culture Daphnia magna for Prof. Taub’s fisheries lab, and am learning a handful of foreign languages in my free time.
