John Deeter

I will be a senior majoring in Oceanography, and I am interested in Marine Geology and Geophysics. I am from Arlington, Washington, and I grew up in the outdoors and around the water. I play rugby for the University of Washington, and I enjoy all sports and outdoor activities. Participating in the Visions’ Program will be my first experience with a large research project, and I am very excited to be able to be a part of such a groundbreaking and amazing project. This experience will give me insight and inspiration for future research and possible areas to look into.
