Julie Ann Koehlinger

Julie Ann was raised in Ohio and moved to Seattle to be closer to the oceans. When she discovered the oceanography program at the University of Washington, she enrolled as an undergraduate to study the oceans. VISIONS ’13 will be her first sea voyage. When not studying or working, you can often find her exploring the beach at low tide with her son.
